Messages travel through the official WhatsApp API, and Meta bills you directly in your WhatsApp Business account—no middlemen, no markups: receiving is free, and each reply you send costs a few US cents or less, depending on the country.

Do I need the official WhatsApp API?
Yes. No Missed Chat works exclusively with Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API, so your number won't get banned and your messages are delivered reliably. We walk you through getting your business account step by step—it takes just a few minutes and no coding.
What happens if the AI doesn't know the answer?
It doesn't make things up. If the information isn't in your knowledge base or confidence is low, it sends your fallback message and moves the conversation to the human inbox with full context. You can also set keywords (like "agent") so customers can ask to talk to a person.
Can I use my own API keys?
Yes. You can set up your own Google Gemini, WhatsApp, PayPal, and MercadoPago credentials from the settings panel. We store them encrypted, and they're never shown in full in the interface.
How do my customers pay?
Payments go straight to your PayPal or MercadoPago account. No Missed Chat generates the link in the conversation, detects the payment via webhooks, and sends an automatic confirmation on WhatsApp. We never hold your money or charge a per-transaction fee.
Can I use ChatGPT or Claude with No Missed Chat?
Yes. The assistant that answers your customers is already included. You can also connect your own AI (Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP-compatible apps) to check and manage your business from there: chats, appointments, IPTV and knowledge base. Just paste one address, sign in and authorize; disconnect anytime.
Is my data secure?
Every business lives in its own isolated space (multi-tenant). Secrets are encrypted at rest, conversations are transmitted over TLS, and only the users you invite with the right role can see your information. You can export or delete your data whenever you want.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts, no penalties. Cancel from your dashboard and keep access until the end of your paid period.
